10. Shipping & Delivery

Toushè currently delivers orders within India only.

Orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in or around Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Estimated delivery periods are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping timelines may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, strikes, logistical disruptions, natural events, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their:

• PIN code;

If you identify an error, please contact Toushè before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify its delivery address.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be shipped again because of incorrect information or unsuccessful delivery attributable to the customer.

12. Order Cancellation
